How do I use my membership?

When you check-in at a participating location, just let the stylist know that you are a Unlimited Supercuts member and they will apply your membership.

Note: Please make sure to give the name listed on your payment method. If you have multiple members, the name associated with payment method needs to be provided before other members can be looked up.

How often can I use my membership?

You can visit as often as every single day for the services included in the membership.

How do I log into my account?

You can access your account to update your billing information or make a payment for a failed payment by clicking on Current Members.

Note: If you have not logged in before, you will need to set a password by clicking on “Create Account”. You must use the email you signed up with to properly link to your membership.

Can my family members join?

Yes, each family can sign up for their own membership. Multiple memberships can be added to your account, just stop by one of our participating salons and signup each family member up under one payment method.

Note: one membership per person.

Can I use a gift card or loyalty points to pay the membership fee?

Gift cards and loyalty programs cannot be used to pay the monthly Supercuts Unlimited fee. They can be used for additional services and products.

My salon is not selling unlimited memberships. How do I join?

Supercuts Unlimited is valid at participating salons. Memberships may not be available at each salon due to memberships being full. As space opens up, more subscriptions will be sold at locations not current selling Supercuts Unlimited.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime by filling out our cancelation form. Membership cancelation requests must be made 7 days prior to your next billing date.

Note: there is a three-month minimum term for monthly memberships and a two-term minimum for three-month memberships. If you cancel before the minimum term, you may be charged a cancelation fee up to one payment term. Once a membership is canceled, you will no longer receive the benefits of the unlimited program starting on your cancelation date.
